I conceptualized specialized microsites and digital sales tools for Leonardo Hotels\u2018 B2B division, creating an immersive booking experience through interactive maps and a seamless user journey. My goal was to merge a clear information architecture with highly flexible, high-conversion layouts to sustainably increase performance and conversion rates within the MICE sector.<\/p>\n

The design system integrates both dynamic campaign elements and sensitive modules for crisis communication. For this project, I developed pan-European social media and newsletter campaigns in over nine languages, as well as classic print products and bespoke giveaway designs. I instituted a stringent visual look across all touchpoints to guarantee high brand recognition in both physical and digital spaces.
