I conceptualized specialized microsites and digital sales tools for Leonardo Hotels‘ B2B division, creating an immersive booking experience through interactive maps and a seamless user journey. My goal was to merge a clear information architecture with highly flexible, high-conversion layouts to sustainably increase performance and conversion rates within the MICE sector.

The design system integrates both dynamic campaign elements and sensitive modules for crisis communication. This ensures a trustworthy and professional approach for business clients that remains consistent across all international locations while still providing sufficient room for tailored, individual offers.

Corporate & Employee Branding

In the areas of internal communication and ESG reporting, my focus was on high-quality document design and infographics. Through targeted branding, complex corporate values are visually conveyed to strengthen employee identification.

Cross-Channel Marketing

For this project, I developed pan-European social media and newsletter campaigns in over nine languages, as well as classic print products and bespoke giveaway designs. I instituted a stringent visual look across all touchpoints to guarantee high brand recognition in both physical and digital spaces. This comprehensive cross-channel approach ensures that the brand message — from the very first mobile scroll on a smartphone to the haptic experience on-site — is consistent and convincing.
